Vestibular Physical Therapy Services

Dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders can significantly impact daily life. Vestibular rehabilitation is a specialized form of physical therapy designed to treat conditions related to the inner ear and vestibular system.

At Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital, our team provides comprehensive, evidence-based evaluations to identify the underlying cause of your symptoms. From there, we develop a personalized therapy plan focused on improving balance, reducing dizziness, and helping you safely return to your daily activities.

What We Treat?

Our vestibular physical therapy program addresses a wide range of conditions, including:

  • Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)
  • Vestibular neuritis and labyrinthitis
  • Meniere’s disease
  • Migraine-related dizziness
  • Concussion-related symptoms
  • Post-stroke balance impairments
  • Traumatic brain injury (TBI)
  • Central vertigo and dizziness
  • Persistent postural-perceptual dizziness (PPPD)
  • Fall risk and history of falls

Our Approach

Care begins with a detailed clinical assessment to evaluate balance, coordination, eye movements, and functional mobility. Using targeted exercises and proven rehabilitation techniques, our therapists work to retrain the vestibular system, improve stability, and reduce symptoms over time.

Our goal is simple: to restore confidence in movement and help each patient return to daily life safely and independently.
