Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

The pelvic floor is a group of muscles that support the bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs while playing a key role in core stability, continence, and overall function.

When these muscles are not working properly, it can lead to a range of symptoms that affect daily life. At Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital, our pelvic health physical therapy program provides specialized, evidence-based care to restore strength, function, and comfort. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual, with a focus on improving movement, reducing pain, and supporting long-term recovery.
