Our occupational therapy team treats a wide range of conditions, including:
- Carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, and radial tunnel syndromes
- Fractures of the fingers, wrist, elbow, and shoulder
- Lateral and medial epicondylitis
- Stroke (CVA) and neurological deficits
- Traumatic and post-surgical wounds
- Rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis
- Dupuytren’s contracture
- Functional cognitive deficits, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and PTSD

Our Approach
Care begins with a detailed assessment of strength, range of motion, coordination, and functional ability.
Treatment may include:
- Therapeutic exercises to improve strength and mobility
- Custom splinting and hand therapy techniques
- Functional training to support daily activities and return to work
- Manual therapy and scar management
- Lymphedema management and education
- Neurological and cognitive rehabilitation
Each plan of care is tailored to the individual, with a focus on restoring function and improving quality of life.
Meet the Team
Elizabeth Kos, MS, OTR/L, CLT
Elizabeth Kos earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University. She is a certified lymphedema therapist and completed specialized breast cancer rehabilitation training through Klose Training.
Elizabeth brings experience across acute care, subacute rehabilitation, inpatient and outpatient settings, and neurological rehabilitation for both adults and pediatric patients. Her clinical focus includes hand and upper extremity therapy, as well as lymphedema and breast cancer recovery.
In addition to occupational therapy, Elizabeth is a certified Pilates instructor and incorporates Pilates-based techniques to support core strength, postural alignment, flexibility, and body awareness.
