Our interdisciplinary team provides:
Physical Therapy (PT)
Focused on improving mobility, balance, strength, and coordination. Treatment may include walking, stair training, transfers, and functional movement to support independence.
Occupational Therapy (OT)
Addresses fine motor skills and upper extremity function needed for daily activities such as dressing, eating, and personal care.
Speech Therapy (ST)
Supports communication and swallowing function, including speech clarity, language, cognitive communication, and dysphagia management.
Each plan of care is individualized, with a focus on helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life.
